More than required deposit was paid for the initial tiles ordered however these were sold to someone else without letting me know nor was there any remorse from management about this. The delay was due to being encouraged by their agent to ship a full container and I had to arrange the production time for these items. When the other items from other suppliers needed to be shipped to combine with the tiles in the container, I was told the tiles were unavailable.
No way along the way I was told that due to the length of time I would lose these specific tiles.
Then I was overcharged on shipping with a part container, I had to pay almost 3000us again more upon arrival to Barbados agent after paying $4,500 usd to ship it to Barbados (port to port) my over all experience was awful and stressful.
The other items sourced on my behalf were of good quality but the main item I wanted ie tiles I didnt get.

1."ABOUT THE $3000 USD DESTINATION CHARGES".
What we have confirmed is the CRF price item, all charges at the port of destination are to be paid by you. We also told you about it before delivery.
2.“ABOUT THE $4500 USD SHIPPING COST”.
In fact, the shipping fee we charged was $3850.27 usd.
3.“ABOUT THE DELAY OF SHIPMENT”.
Considering the shipping cost, we suggested ship by full container , so the total cost will be relatively low, finally you insisted to ship by bulk .
After the order is confirmed, you still keep adding new products, including customized products, thats why we shipped delay.
4.“ABOUT THE TILES”.
Since total weight of the tiles has exceeded the maximum weight for bulk shipment, you also ordered tiles from others, to solve the problem, we suggested cancel our tiles to arrange bulk shipment to you. You agreed and asked for a refund of $1000, we finally returned $1200 to you.
